Camp Dates: June 20-July 2 (Week 2) & July 6-10 (Week 3)
This athletic training program is designed for young athletes who want to acquire healthy habits, body awareness, and prepare themselves for competitive sports at the high school level and beyond. Athlétisme emphasizes the importance of understanding how our bodies function, and how to use that knowledge to achieve better results during physical activities.
Our program uses up-to-date methods to provide young athletes with a solid physical foundation, improved coordination, and greater self-esteem. Coaches are trained to motivate and challenge young athletes while providing a fun friendly environment for them to grow. Hard work beats talent, and this camp is the first step towards athletic achievement!

This camp (9-1 pm) can be combined with Robotics (1-4 pm) in the afternoon or full day 9-4 pm.
